  4. Pour the banana mixture into the saucepan with the cooked quinoa. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the pudding in bowls and top with chopped walnuts, sliced bananas, and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
