Killer Crackers
Crackers were originally created as a way to preserve bread dough and extend its shelf life during long sea voyages.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Add the melted unsalted butter and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.

Cut the dough into desired cracker shapes using a cookie cutter or a sharp knife.

Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
