Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Wrap the garlic cloves in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove the roasted garlic from the oven and let it cool.

In a food processor, combine the roasted garlic, avocados, chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, cumin, salt, and paprika.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
