Cook wild rice according to package instructions.

Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.

In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, cornstarch, and water.

Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.

Add tofu to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.

Add broccolette to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.

Pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over the tofu and broccolette. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Serve the tofu and broccolette over cooked wild rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
