Rinse the wild rice under cold water.

In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the rinsed wild rice. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the rice is tender.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, raisins, red bell pepper, green onions, and parsley.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the rice mixture and toss to combine.
