Slice the onions and chop the coriander leaves.

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions, gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and water. Mix well to form a thick batter.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.

Drop spoonfuls of the onion batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the bhajis from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
