  1. Slice the onions and chop the coriander leaves.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced onions, gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and water. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the onion batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the bhajis from the oil and drain on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
