Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower, keeping the head intact.

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and brush the olive oil mixture all over it, making sure to cover it completely.

Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until it is tender and golden brown.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
