Rinse and soak the white tepary beans overnight.

Drain the beans and cook them in a pot of water until tender.

In a separate pot, boil the potatoes until soft.

Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.

In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.

In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked beans, potatoes, sautéed garlic, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
