Rinse the wheat berries under cold water.

In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil and add the wheat berries. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes or until the wheat berries are tender.

Drain the wheat berries and transfer them to a large bowl.

Pour the sesame oil and soy sauce mixture over the wheat berries and toss to combine.
