Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, cabbage, carrot, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 equal pieces.

Place a spoonful of the vegetable filling onto each dough piece. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.

Place the runzas on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the runzas to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
