Watercolours are inspired by the art of painting with watercolors, where different colors blend together to create beautiful and vibrant patterns.

In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a saucepan, combine the remaining water and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the gelatin mixture. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Divide the mixture into several bowls and add a few drops of different food coloring to each bowl.

Pour the colored mixtures into individual serving glasses or molds.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
