Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, pulse the walnuts until finely ground.

Add the dates, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt to the food processor. Pulse until well combined.

In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture into the food processor and pulse until a sticky dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Flatten each portion of dough with the back of a spoon.
