  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free self-raising flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, Guinness beer, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and green food coloring.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
