Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, cream together the vegan butter, light brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the plain flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the dairy-free white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking tray.
