  1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut tofu into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned.
  5. Add shimeji mushrooms and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture over the tofu and mushrooms, stirring well to coat.
  8. Cook for another 2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
