Vegetable Lomein
Lomein is a popular Chinese dish that originated from the Cantonese cuisine. It is often confused with chow mein, but they are actually different dishes. Lomein uses soft noodles, while chow mein uses crispy noodles.

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, and snow peas. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.

Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and garnish with green onions.
