  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ground ginger, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the red papaya until smooth. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Stir well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
