  2. In a food processor, pulse the mixed nuts until finely chopped.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped nuts, breadcrumbs, diced onion, grated carrot, diced celery, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, flaxseed meal, vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan and press it down firmly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
