  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, vegan butter, and vegan cream cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each part into a disk. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out each dough disk into a circle.
  5. Spread jam or fruit preserves on each circle, leaving a small border.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon, sugar, and chopped nuts over the jam.
  7. Cut each circle into 8 wedges and roll them up, starting from the wider end.
  8. Place the rugelach on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the rugelach to cool for a few minutes before serving.
