  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and ground ginger.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar.
