  2. Add the coconut oil to the dry ingredients and use your hands or a pastry cutter to cut it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
