Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric powder, Dijon mustard, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a large saucepan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Add the blended cashew mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the cooked macaroni to the saucepan and mix well to coat the macaroni with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
