Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until the mixture forms a dough-like consistency.

Press the dough into a tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

In a saucepan, heat coconut cream over medium heat. Add agar agar powder and stir until dissolved.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and agave syrup. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes.

Pour the coconut cream mixture into the baked tart crust.

Arrange goldenberries on top of the coconut cream mixture.

Place the tart in the refrigerator and let it set for at least 1 hour.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
