  2. In a saucepan, whisk together the coconut cream, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and maple syrup over medium heat.
  3. Cook the mixture until it thickens, stirring constantly for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins and place them in a baking dish.
  5. Fill the baking dish with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the custard sets.
  7. Remove the ramekins from the water bath and let them cool to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate the custards for at least 2 hours to set.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle each custard with raw cane sugar and caramelize the sugar using a kitchen torch.
  10. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.
  11. Serve chilled.
