Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a round cake pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer the torte to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
