Add tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn, chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
