In a food processor, blend cauliflower, chickpeas, hummus, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add baking powder and flour. Mix well.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the mixture and shape it into a fritter. Repeat with the remaining mixture.

Fry the fritters in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
