Peel and dice the butternut squash.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.

In a blender, combine the cooked butternut squash, cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Drain the cooked macaroni and mix it with the butternut squash sauce.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
