  3. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, onion, garlic cloves, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the patties halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
