  2. In a large bowl, crumble the tofu and mix in chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, turmeric, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté spinach, bell pepper, red onion, tomato, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the sautéed vegetables to the tofu mixture and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
