  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the bread cubes are crispy.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and cook until they are soft and translucent.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, cooked onion and celery mixture, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Gradually pour the vegetable broth over the bread mixture, stirring until the bread is evenly moistened.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the dressing rest for 10 minutes before serving.
