In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
