Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass or a fork to create a cookie shape.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet.

Once cooled, sprinkle powdered sugar over the cookies.
