‘V’ Homemade Bounty Bars
Bounty bars were first introduced in 1951 by the British chocolate company, Mars. They are known for their combination of coconut filling and chocolate coating.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 80 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 7.

In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the mixture sticks together.

Shape the mixture into small rectangular bars and place them on a lined baking sheet.

Place the bars in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

Dip each coconut bar into the melted chocolate, coating it completely.

Place the coated bars back on the lined baking sheet and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
