  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chili, grated ginger, and chopped onion.
  2. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Add semolina and roast it on low flame until it turns golden brown.
  4. In a separate pan, boil water and add salt.
  5. Slowly pour the boiling water into the roasted semolina while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  6. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Fluff it up with a fork and garnish with grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, and lemon juice.
  9. Serve hot with chutney.
