  1. Rinse and drain the black beans and kidney beans.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper to the pot. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in cumin powder, paprika, and chili powder.
  5. Add the black beans, kidney beans, and diced tomato to the pot. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Cover the pot and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.
  10. Serve hot with rice or tortillas.
