Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into small cubes.

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the bell pepper, carrot, and celery, and cook until they start to soften.

Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable broth, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt. Bring to a simmer.

Add the tofu, black beans, kidney beans, and corn kernels. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve the chili hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
