  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a food processor, blend almonds and rolled oats until finely ground.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond-oat mixture, maple syrup, coconut oil, chia seeds, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, gently mix the mixed berries.
  6. Spread the mixed berries evenly over the oat mixture in the baking dish.
  7. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the berries.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  11. Cut into bars and serve.
