  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes and then add 1/2 cup of water.
  7. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
