  2. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  3. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and water.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Let the chili rest for 10 minutes before serving.
