Boil the yam until tender.

Blanch the snap peas.

Slice the red bell pepper, red chili pepper, and garlic clove.

In a bowl, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, honey, minced chili pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil.

Drain the yam and let it cool.

Once cooled, peel and slice the yam.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the yam, snap peas, red bell pepper, fresh mint leaves, fresh cilantro leaves, and roasted peanuts.
