In a blender, combine green chili peppers, lemongrass, garlic cloves, shallots, cilantro leaves, basil leaves, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the green curry paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add your choice of vegetables or protein and cook until tender.
