Tandoori Tofu

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Cut tofu into cubes and add them to the marinade. Coat the tofu well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Thread the tofu cubes onto skewers and brush them with oil.

Grill or bake the tofu for about 10 minutes on each side, or until it is slightly charred and cooked through.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
