Tandoori nuts are a popular snack in Indian cuisine, often served as an appetizer during festivals and celebrations.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Add cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts, and mix well to coat the nuts with the marinade.

Marinate for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a separate bowl, mix gram flour and oil.

Add the marinated nuts to the gram flour mixture and coat them well.

Spread the coated nuts on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.

Tandoori nuts are ready to serve.
