Meanwhile, chop tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint, and green onions.

Drain the bulgur and squeeze out any excess water.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the bulgur, chopped vegetables, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
