Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, ground cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.

Add pecans to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.

Spread the pecans on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the pecans are golden brown and fragrant.
