While the sweet potatoes are baking, slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

Toast the baguette slices in a toaster or under the broiler until golden brown.

Top each baguette slice with a sweet potato round, a dollop of goat cheese, a drizzle of honey, and a sprinkle of fresh thyme leaves.
