  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes.
  3. Rinse the red lentils under cold water.
  4. In a saucepan, cook the red lentils in boiling water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and set aside.
  5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  6. Add the sweet potatoes, curry powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add the cooked red lentils to the skillet and mix well.
  8. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the sweet potato and lentil mixture evenly on top.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  10. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
  11. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  12. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
