Baby carrots are not actually young carrots, but rather small carrots that are cut and shaped into bite-sized pieces.
This is vegan, gluten free, low carb and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 25 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 6.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the baby carrots and cook for about 5 minutes or until tender.

Drain the carrots and set aside.

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the honey, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir until well combined.

Add the cooked carrots to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the carrots are coated in the honey butter mixture.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
