Super Easy Fried Rice
Fried rice is believed to have originated in China around 4000 BC and was initially created as a way to use up leftover rice.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 30 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 11.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add minced garlic and diced onion. Cook until fragrant and onion becomes translucent.

Add diced carrots and cook until slightly tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.

Add frozen peas and cooked rice to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until everything is well combined.

Pour soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir to evenly coat.

Season with salt and black pepper. Stir-fry for another minute.

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions.

Let the fried rice rest for 5 minutes before serving.
